We do not share members' contact details with third parties, except, on occasion (and with permission), to supply names of participants of events to event organisers. We do not sell or trade your data with other organisations..

The database is held on a private computer which requires a password to unlock, and only authorised people have access to that password.
Online email service Constant Contact.
Email addresses, but not phone numbers or home addresses, are held by our online email service Constant Contact who we use to send out emails and newsletters., and you may at any time unsubscribe from receiving emails by clicking the link at the foot of the email. Additionally, if you let us know we can remove you from that system.
Online scheduling service Muzodo
Tonic Extra members (only) also have email addresses, but not phone numbers or home addresses, stored at our online scheduling service Muzodo. Please let us know if you wish to unsubscribe from that.

You may request to know the precise details of what information we have about you, and to have anything which causes you concern deleted unless it is necessary in order to operate your membership.
No records of your bank details are held by us from your online payments. We will have a record, though, if you have been refunded money by Direct Transfer into your bank account.
Members who do not attend for three terms in succession will be removed from the database unless they request to remain, in which case they may be transferred to the 'Friends' list and receive occasional newsletters.
