So why are we calling this a Virtual Group Outing?
This is how it will work. Part 1 30 minutes before curtain up you can join a Zoom session to chat with the other members of Tonic who are joining us that evening. 10 minutes before curtain up we will stop the Zoom session to allow you to get ready for the show. Get a drink, go to the loo, etc. Part 2 Everyone will watch the show from the comfort of their own home. No long journeys. Part 3 15 minutes after the end of the show you can join a second Zoom session. This will give everyone an opportunity to discuss the show just seen. Depending on numbers we may set up separate Zoom groups to enable chatting. We expect this session will run for about 30 minutes. |
